  1. I think if you really understood light and eyes, you’d be recommending NO SUNGLASSES instead of UV-blocking ones. Evolution did not make a mistake designing our eyes to function the way they do.

  2. Thats a flaw test too.
    Because only the yello or orange blue light blocking glasses block a lot of blue light.
    So the Test subjects know which glasses they received.
    The clear blue-light blocking glasses don’t do much.
    So no, you probably won’t notice much difference.

  3. Yeah a waste 3 years ago but making progress for better in the future is not a waste. You can always improve better. I have some blue light blocking glasses that has improved to work very great as of 2025 going on 2026 🤧
