I jave sleep disorder before. Cant sleep at night and almost weekly i get rush to clinic because of coughing and headache. I started to bring some aloe vera in my room and now i sleep properly and i observe that i feel healthy compare before. Now i try to propagate them because theres alot of baby plant now. Try to include aloe vera guys. It helps just sharing my experienced.
This is misinformation. You would need about 1000 plants in a 10 square foot room to make a difference in air quality.
